Our up front Retainer is 1/3rd of the fee, with the balance subject to Corporate Board Executive Search delivering results.
Corporate Board Executive Search earns the second 1/3rd of the fee when we deliver a minimum of five candidates that are acceptable “in your opinion,” or if you receive an acceptance from a lesser number of candidates (in essence, we did such a great job that you didn’t need to see any more candidates). The balance is earned when you receive an acceptance of an offer to join your Board.
Should a new Member resign or be otherwise removed from the Board within the 1st year of joining the Board, for any reason other than death, disability, or change in control of the Company, Corporate Board Executive Search will offer to conduct a thorough search for a replacement at 50% off of our standard fees, plus expenses.
